I read a fantastic article last week titled ‘How Technology Disrupted the Truth’. Whilst the focus of the article was upon huge political issues, I realised that a culture of junk food journalism has ramifications when it comes to content marketing too.
Better, more effective modern web content is achieved by focussing upon being empathetic, rather than putting effort into selfish, inward-facing spiel.
This isn’t another post about about common designer qualms. Content, or rather a complete disregard for it, is for me the single most infuriating aspect of designing websites.
